Venous lake - Loch Venoushttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venous_lake
Is papule bog, comhbhrúite, dorcha gorm, 0.2–1 cm í Loch Vein (Venous lake) a fhaightear go coitianta ar teorann vermilion an liopa. Tarlaíonn na lesae go ginearálta i measc daoine scothaosta. Cé go bhféadfadh na lesae seo a bheith cosúil le melanoma nodular, tá an loch vein (Venous lake) bog.

Cóireáil

Is linnse veineach (Venous lake) ar na liopaí, a ghlaoitear freisin mar hemangioma seanoise. Go hiondúil, is cnapán bog gorm é de bharr leathanú na veiníní. De ghnáth bíonn sé aonair agus bog le haghaidh teagmhála. Bíonn sé go minic ar na liopaí, a bhfaigheann go leor gréine. Tháinig fear 46 bliain d'aois le cnapán gorm ar a liopa íochtair a tháinig le 8 mí. Thosaigh sé beag agus d'fhás sé le himeacht ama. Dúirt an t-othar go láidir nach raibh aon stair de ghortú ag an áit. Níor tharla aon fhuil go huathoibríoch ná tar éis mionghortú. Nuair a scrúdaigh an dochtúir é, fuair sé cnapán gorm aonair ar a liopa íochtair a bhí bog agus leaganach. Chóireáil an dochtúir é le cryotherapy ag baint úsáide as nítrigin leachtach, le cicim 10 soicind le imeall 1 mm. Rinneadh an chóireáil seo gach coicís. Tar éis 12 seachtaine, tháinig feabhas áirithe.
A venous lake, sometimes referred to as senile hemangioma of the lips is usually a solitary, non-indurated, soft, compressible, blue papule occurring due to dilatation of venules. It is commonly found on sun-exposed surfaces of the face and ears. A 46 year old male patient presented with an 8 month history of a single, painless, bluish swelling over the lower lip which began as a pea sized lesion and gradually increased to the present size. Patient strongly denied any history of trauma at the site. No history of bleeding spontaneously or following minimal trauma could be elicited. On physical examination, a single, violaceous, soft, compressible, non-indurated, non-pulsatile papule was present on the lower lip. Patient was treated with cryotherapy with application of liquid nitrogen by dipstick method with one 10-second freeze-thaw cycle with a 1-mm margin. This was done at biweekly intervals. Some improvement was obtained following 12 weeks of therapy.
